1. Where do you deliver?
We currently only ship within Canada.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on all orders , regardless of basket value or delivery destination within Poland.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow your package in real time.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept payments via credit cards.
With a credit card, you can pay using your available balance or your linked bank account, depending on your card provider. You do not need a separate account or additional funds elsewhere to complete your purchase.
5. How can I return a product?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product. To request a return:
- Please write to us at support@harper-maddison.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
Please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and with tags attached.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund within10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase.
7. Can I exchange the product?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or color, please return and place a new order.
8. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged product?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
